Rabbi Nosson Dubin founded the kosher Institute of America (KIA) in 2019. The institute offers over 40 online kosher courses. With thousands of individuals enrolled in KIA courses, Kosher Institute of America has established itself as the leading provider of formal kosher education.
In partnership with AKO, KIA offers an accredited Mashgiach training course utilized by many of the largest kashrus agencies in the world, including the Orthodox Union, OK, Kof-K, and the Chicago Rabbinical Council, among many others. The program includes uniform kosher guidelines approved by all significant kashrus agencies, as well as customized policies designed to meet the needs and standards of individual hashgachos.
